At Workplace One, we strive to create coworking spaces that inspire people during their workday. That motivation comes in physical ways, like bright offices, ergonomic chairs, locally roasted coffee; and in less tangible ways — community, networking, like-minded people.

There is another way Workplace One brings inspiring energy to our spaces: events.

From product launches and pop-up shops, to seminars and lunch & learns, we provide the space to host a wide variety of events, celebrations, and get-togethers. You don't even have to be a member to put an event on.

Our event spaces can be rented out and you can take the reins, or we are happy to work with you to bring your function to life. We can line up catering, help with audio-visual needs, and make sure your guests have a positive experience, whether it be informative, uplifting, or educational. From small meetups of 10 people, to larger scale productions with 150 people, your event can become a reality in one of our spaces.

Each of our centres has a different feel. From the warmth of the brick and beam at our Queen West location, to the outdoor patios on the 7th floor at Peter Street, our spaces offer a variety of backdrops for events. If you have the opportunity to see the spaces in person, we highly recommend it to understand the level of professionalism and personality — our spaces certainly pack more of a punch than empty hotel ballrooms!
