Workplace Wellness Sessions

We’re starting back into the fall routine with an amazing addition to our workplace wellness benefits that are provided complimentary to all members.
Starting this October, we will be offering regular heath and wellness sessions each month in our lounges that will rotate between yoga, physio and pilates-based light (sweat-free) workouts that require no equipment and can be done in your regular workwear.
Sessions are designed to help you stretch, re-energize, and make you feel your best in the workday.
Enjoy this convenient 20-minute class over your lunch hour and connect with Luis one-on-one for personal guidance and additional routines you can incorporate into your wellness routine.
