Workplace One Massage Days

Each month, we bring complimentary massage days to each location where we treat our members to some special R&R conveniently within the workday at every Workplace One location.

Massages are provided by Mable Alvarez and her team of Osteo Massages: a practice centered around healing and resolving tension, pain, and stress in the body at the root source.

While Osteo Massages continues to provide all members with complimentary wellness services every month to help bring some self care and relaxation to the workspace, this New Year we’re so thrilled about the latest addition! Osteo Massages will now be offering a heated and moisturizing hand care treatment during your massage to soothe the aches and dryness that our hands experience during the winter season. They are also now providing physiotherapy services to offer a more comprehensive wellness option to members.

Winter Centre Massage Dates:

December 4th, January 29th, February 26th - Wellington - 9:30 a.m. - 2 p.m.

December 10th, January 7th, February 4th - King East - 9:30 a.m. - 2 p.m.

December 3rd, January 28th, February 25th - Peter Street - 9:30 a.m. - 2 p.m.

December 17th, January 14th, Ferbuary 11th - Bay/Bloor - 9:30 a.m. - 2 p.m.

January 21st, February 18th, March 18th - Queen West - 9:30 a.m. - 2 p.m.
