Member Experience Spotlight: Genuine Tea Tasting
Workdays move fast. Meetings stack up, Slack pings multiply, and coffee becomes a reflex.
So when we hosted a guided tea tasting with Genuine Tea across our Toronto locations, it offered something different. A simple, well timed pause in the middle of the day. Not a big production. Just good tea, good conversation, and a chance to reset between tasks.
Members dropped in between calls and deadlines to explore a curated lineup of thoughtfully crafted blends. It was relaxed, approachable, and perfectly suited to the rhythm of a professional coworking environment.
A Come and Go Experience, Designed for the Workday
Members popped in between meetings and client calls to sample a lineup of Genuine Tea blends, turning an ordinary workday into something unexpectedly engaging. The format was flexible and easy to join, but the experience itself felt like a small highlight in the middle of a busy schedule.
Guided by a Genuine Tea expert, our members enjoyed great tea, lively conversation, and the chance to discover a new favourite they will actually look forward to brewing at their desks.
Tasting cups lined the tables, each one offering a distinct aroma and flavour profile, inviting members to compare, explore, and dive in.
Colour, Craft & Conversation
Through the guided session, members learned to appreciate tea as more than a just a beverage. It is chemistry, culture, and comfort in a cup.
From the deep violet of butterfly pea flower to the clear golden tone of jasmine green tea, the presentation was as considered as the flavour itself, reflecting the craftsmanship behind each blend.
Members sampled different blends, shared their impressions, and learned more about sourcing and production from the Genuine Tea team. The tasting naturally brought people together, creating conversations between members who might not have otherwise connected that day.

Following the tasting, we are proud to make Genuine Tea available at all Workplace One locations for our members and guests to enjoy daily.
